Not exactly. Color analysis focuses on color harmony, while personal style focuses on silhouettes, correct fit, and aesthetics. They go hand in hand but are separate services. Check out our personal style services to learn more!
7 Can color analysis help with choosing makeup?
Absolutely! Knowing your best colors helps you choose the right shade of lipstick, blush, eyeshadow, etc. and helps you choose the right metals and other accessories.
8 Does color analysis work for all skin tones?
It certainly does. I've had the privilege of working to accurately type a variety of skin tones—fair, olive, brown—and women of all ages, toddlers or grandmas!
1 / Will my season change if i go gray or tan in the summer?
No. A color analysis is a one time investment. Your undertone and natural coloring will not change enough as you age or tan in the summer to change your season. Your palette also has a wide range of colors to support you through all seasons of life.
2 Will this limit what colors I wear?
Not at all. Color analysis expands your options by helping you. choose colors that work for you. You can still wear just about any color you love...you'll just know your best versions of it.
3 What if I've been analyzed before?
We can offer clarity, confirmation, or correction depending on your previous results. If you were typed within the 4 season system, chances are you do not have the most personalized palette for your skin tone since the 12 season system has a more in-depth approach for a variety of skin tones. Many clients come to me after receiving conflicting results or wanting a more nuanced explanation.
